| This is the first, and usually the only thing I want to see when I click for a ticket from my servent. Having to scroll down so far to search for it every time is an annoying time-waster. Speaking of time wasters: Bitzi is clearly bogging down under traffic. There's an awful lot of repetitive stuff that could be moved off those onramp pages, the first pages shown when someone comes to Bitzi. If they lose a lot of bulk the whole system will work a lot faster for we poor victims who have to wait so long for Bitzi to do anything at all.

| Yes, that's a design change you can expect sometime in the next couple of weeks --the ratings/comments/warnings deserve front-and-center placement on the default Ticket view (rather than just the "detail" view). Also: our services will soon be moving to a new server/hosting arrangement that will have over 4x the raw processing power, more working RAM and non-contending HD space, and oodles of cheap bandwidth. So accept please accept our apologies for the current periods of sluggishness, it should improve soon. Thanks for your suggestions!

| Good! Conserve bytes at this point because I am sure the contributions are about to explode as the latest betas of various servents are about to explode as releases! By the way, please advise your "advertisers" that their scripts on their own servers are slowing down the tickets to an inexcusable degree!
