Safest Method's For Downloading Using P2P Program's!!!   [forward as email]
*Note: What I share with you is not to be taken as a 100% proven sure fire way to prevent you from getting those nasty letter's or call's from your local ISP about sharing illegal file's or Copyright Infringement. This is to lower your chances of getting caught and give you some protection. I do this not because I condone downloading illegal material or media from P2P program's. I do this because like many of you. I believe that having my Privacy invaded by anyone. No mater who it is, Is a violation of my personal rights as an American.* Step 1: "Protect Yourself", Never think you are invincible. 13% of all downloader's out there believe in taking there chances and downloading with out some type of IP address blocker or something of the like. My advice to you and them is to go to "www.phoenixlabs.com" and get the latest version of "Peer Guardian 2". Follow the instruction's on how to set it up to block all P2P Media Tracker's or Big Brother from getting your personal info and most of all your IP address to your Computer. This gives them your ISP and the they got you. Phoenix Labs does warn that Peer Guardian 2 is not a 100% guarantee. But let's face it. What is? And some protection is better then none. And from personal experience. It has already blocked a lot of unwanted IP's from my PC. For example, Media Sentry a well known tracker for major motion picture companies. And RIAA. I bet you know who they are. Plus it blocks a lot more. Step 2: "Stay away from Bittorent related P2P Programs." One for example, "Vuze" formerly known as "Azeaurus". I used this a night or two ago and got hit by "Media Sentry" so hard that it picked up on PG2's block log over 100 attempts to enter my PC. About 70% of the time you use this program. Big Brother is watching you. So just forget this type of method. This is what I suggest anyway. Proceed at your own discreation. Step 3: "Find P2P programs that offer Privacy Protection." To be fair I have only found one that I know of and is free unless you want the PRO version. "Zultrax P2P" is more safe then any other P2P program out there. It has it's own Network which offer's Encryption and other way's of hiding your information. The "Zepp" Network is still new but is growing faster by the day. And this program still offer's you to use "Gnutella" if you so desire. But warn's that you will not be protected by them using "Gnutella". And the second draw back is it is a little slower. I recommend a 10MB modem for downloading with this Program. Step: 4 "Just Don't Do It!!!" It sound's like a joke. But it is never funny to get caught doing something illegal and the only way to not get caught. Is to not do it in the first place. As hypocritical as I sound right now. I can't disagree that the ceasing of downloading is the only way not to get caught. Step 5: Last thing. Most of you are unaware that the penalty for downloading Illegal media is a light penalty compared to getting caught shareing. I downloaded movie's off and on for about 4 years now. And never got caught. I always shut my uploading off. It sound's very bad of me. But I did it to cover my own ass. I only share through Bitzi by reporting good or bad files. I accidentally set up my Bearshare with out turning my uploading off. First time ever. I got my internet interrupted by my ISP. And I got a warning for copyright infringement for sharing Illegal files. I went back home after having everything reactivated. And I turned on Bearshare and found that I did forget to turn my uploading feature off. This is what got me in trouble. Not downloading. But because I was shareing it. So you might wanna think about this when you have some Personal honor at stake about turning your Upload's off and weigh it against whether or not you wanna stay out of trouble with the law. Ending Note: I hope this help's shed some light on the do's and don't's and more over suggestion's about P2P programs and downloading. I do care about my P2P brethren out there or I wouldn't of taken the time to do this. So keep it real.

This is pretty unreadable. Try breaking it up into paragraphs. :)

Okay. Just out of curiosity I decoded that unreadable block into proper paragraphs. Let's see what it says:   [forward as email]
