eMule does not have any direct Bitzi integration. However, it does support the use of web services which are user editable. The emule-project site provides example web service links of existing web services, one of which takes the user to the bitprint details of a file they are downloading or which they have found through a search operation.
The page is here: http://forum.emule-project.net/index.php?showtopic=79854
The link in that page refers to it as "Bitzi Fake Check", though it could just as easily be named "Check Bitzi For File Details".
I think it best if the hashing of files intended for Bitzi is left to the Bitcollider application itself. That way, people that have have no intention of submitting data aren't fooled or mislead into doing so, and those that want to take the steps necessary to do it themselves. In fact, I think the ideal would be to have any application wanting to support it to force the user to read about a Bitzi plug-in, what it does, and then ask them if they are interested in downloading it in order to use it.
