What you pasted means the quality of the file. If it's with minus (and colored with red), it means it's crap and you don't want to download it. It either means it's a virus of fake.

Other numbers that you may have seen, from file properties downward really don't interest you, they're codes that identifies the files. Basicly, those codes tell people who understand them in some measure, if they're similar to any other, and tells the site that the file you search is the same one with the one already reported on it.
