I agree with belfastbill50 on most points. I use the gom player, which like the V.C.L will play a 1% file. I do however find both media players inferior when it it comes to actual quality, so what I do is, when I am downloading something, I go to the actual download folder, right click on it and open with the gom player, I haven't found many yet it won,t play, hope someone finds this useful, don't care if nobody does, happy hunting
