I keep having to reinstall bitcollider. Is this a common problem? Just wondering.

No, but I do see some quirky behaviour from the Windows version.

There have been a couple of times when antivirus or antispyware software removed it by mistake, so check yours to see if that's what happened and set it to warn you instead of just deleting things.

Try the Java version if you can't get it to behave:
