Do you know?

| I was wondering who do you look up when you are searching for a movie. I look up aXXo, but with some hesitation now because someone has gone out and tarnished their name by adding bogus files with the aXXo name to it. I wish all the files were tagged by Bitzi so we would know if we were wasting our time or not. I dont begrudge anyone who wants to watch any kind of movie. It just irritates me when I am trying to download a kids video for when I have company, and I wind up with something totally different. Im sure all of you have had the same problems I have. I just thought we might get together and figure out if there are a few trusted names out there that I could try and search for. Thanks for your time

| It isn't that easy. Nametags come and go pretty fast and the spammers and fakers follow along as quickly as they can. You have to learn how to spot the real files from the thicket of fakes and spam trying to get your attention. The more information you can get, the better, so use software that puts all the info up front like BearShare versions older than 5.2. In 5.1 and older you can turn on dozens of extra columns that show more and more info on the files and their sources, and in no time you'll be seeing the real from the fake. Don't trust anything newer than 5.1, like BearFlix or the one they're distributing now. The RIAA bought them out just when 5.2 came out in 2005.

| Those who can see past the end of their noses must surely also see that erakun has now appointed himself head of technical support and is replying to everybody that asks a question - sadly in a number of cases erakun's advice has been quite wrong - I am not saying I have all the answers - Just be very careful about taking advice from a self appointed expert who is in fact just full of shit If things carry on the way they are going, you will not be able to open a single bitprint or discussion topic without seeing a submission by erakun at the top of the list . . It really is as easy as that though - but If you search for Axxo you will only find files with Axxo in the filename - just type in the name of the movie - while Axxo is the best he is not the Only - Simply search by movie title and check Bitzi to see if there is any information about the files you find - Just because there is No information at Bitzi does not mean it is a bad file - A file with no Bitzi info could be a Good quality file that has just not yet been submitted to bitzi - It appears that Axxo does not actually submit his own files to Bitzi - Axxo makes the files available but people like you and I submit them to Bitzi for comments
