Why is it that BITZI web services appears on many file sharing programs, but if you download a program with a virus and after you have deleted it you con not warn others about it unless you have the program for bitzcollider and keep the program (VIRUS). I am a member of bitzi and often check the site but I can not make a comment to warn others.

You only need to keep the 'bad' file long enough to run it through analysis (Bitcollider) and submit your comments/warnings. Then, you can delete the bad file.

Without the full file, there's no way to compute the reliable full-file hashes.

Though theoretically, bitzi could support submitting comments/ratings for certain hashes from unindexed files without having the reporter having the files.

Counter argument might be spam, which again has countermeasures.
