When I try to submit a new bitprint, I get the error message below. (I truncated the URL after "html".)

Same here. I've not been able to check files or submit for about 3-4 Days. Bitzi on a Sicky?

Hi,

I have the same problem ! sometimes it's different sock #'s.

Any response or explanation would be appreciated.

I've gotten the same oops when trying to post in this forum!

I'm finding it only affects files I submitted since Wednesday (the ninth of May)…

Yep, Confirmed. All files submitted since then throw an error when you try to get a ticket.

I'll be saving them up until I see an announcement or get a reply to my email that this bug is fixed.

Until then I advise everyone to stop all submissions.

A quick browse reveals the bug started Monday afternoon or evening.

All bitprints submitted since then are in there, but actually viewing the tickets is not working at all.

I hope we haven't just lost a week of work.

Please try to view any affected bitprints again now; I believe the problem is fixed.

(A back-end process for rendering tickets had failed. I don't think any initial submissions were lost.)

OK, I've found something to help:

If you get this error message, try submitting multiple files. That takes you to a different webpage, which does seem to work.

Also, make sure scripting is enabled for bitzi in your browser.

but have no idea how to solve this problem

all i see are same results
