| Hi, I have the same problem ! sometimes it's different sock #'s. Any response or explanation would be appreciated. I've gotten the same oops when trying to post in this forum!

Yep, Confirmed. All files submitted since then throw an error when you try to get a ticket. http://bitzi.com/stat/bitprints_judge_100 I'll be saving them up until I see an announcement or get a reply to my email that this bug is fixed. Until then I advise everyone to stop all submissions.

| A quick browse reveals the bug started Monday afternoon or evening. All bitprints submitted since then are in there, but actually viewing the tickets is not working at all. I hope we haven't just lost a week of work.

| Please try to view any affected bitprints again now; I believe the problem is fixed. (A back-end process for rendering tickets had failed. I don't think any initial submissions were lost.) Thanks for the bug report and patience. - Gordon @ Bitzi

| OK, I've found something to help: If you get this error message, try submitting multiple files. That takes you to a different webpage, which does seem to work. Also, make sure scripting is enabled for bitzi in your browser.
