flooding?   [forward as email]
Hi folks.I'm new to bitzi and am trying to understand some things .

Today I used Limewire to see if a certain video was available.I got over 11,000 hits and quite a few listings had 100 users listed with that same file, yet I could not find ONE version with a bitzi rating. So either Bitzi is non-op,only dead-beats are accessing this video,or someone is intentionally flooding the network with files. It is a new and major release but I still don't understand why there are no bitzi reports. I could try to download one and report but that takes many hours for each attempt.

any ideas?-cougar

ps. is it OK to name the video in a post or is it better not to? Thanks guys.

I'm noticing that when I report a junk file and then re-search, the same file name reappears with a new "bitprint" and no report. I would say that the junk files currently flooding seem to have the capacity to change their own bitprint every time and reproduce ad infinitum. Anyone know how this works? --- margaret

The site was unusable a couple days ago (VERY slow actually never did get the pages requested),now I can't find ANY Bitzi file reports.

Is this system still usable for others? All I get is the " Sorry no bitprint..." or whatever.-cougar
