I've been using Limewire for over a year now, and I'm getting very discouraged with their inability to control this crap. The search filter helps a little, but I still get alot of garbage. Don't know if it's any better on the other P2P networks, probably not.

It's *almost* not worth the trouble anymore. If it were not for Bitzi, I would have quit this whole filesharing thing already.

My strategy is to avoid anything that sounds new - movies, songs, games, etc. - that are just released and brand new, if they being shared they are probably fakes or viruses.
