1st one:

Rate the file - u can rate the file, and insert a comment with your rate. To do that when viewing bitprint find "rate file integrity" string in option (at the top of the page).

2nd one:

You can post your opions about the file as a tag. Hust roll down the page and find the add tags options. Then find Objective Description, or Subjective Comment (depends on what you have to say about the file - an info, or your opinons about the file)
