That depends on what you mean by "work with bitzi." There's no support for looking up or reporting files to Bitzi in the Kazaa client. For a list of programs with such support, see http://bitzi.com/applications/.

Users have reported kzhash values for some files in the Bitzi catalog. For those files the kzhash is included in the file's magnet link. See this ticket for an example. Recent versions of the Kazaa client should be able to handle such magnet links.
