I've been getting the following error message a lot lately:

"Server too busy. Please retry in 10 seconds."

After waiting and clicking retry, I get the error message again.

(just a wild stab in the dark here....) I wonder if bitzi.com is getting crawled by some robots that don't follow the robots.txt file convention.

bitzi is simply overloaded, and asking you to try again later is a attempt to deal with load peaks...

all you can really do is just try again until it works.

note that submissions are never rejected because of that, only re-displaying the ticket with the new data fails
