this is a problem many people have reported to me...
bitcollider fails to launch the browser for whatever reason, leaving the user with the efffect.
other than investigating possible reasons, there should maybe be a "bitcollider is starting a browser for sending your submission now [x] don't show this message again" dialog after bitprinting,
otherwise users might assume the submission is done, and the data would be lost.
